As we continue to develop our site and strengthen our organization, we are looking for an experienced HR-Manager who is passionate about shaping People & Culture, driving change and supporting both leaders and employees on our growth journey.

Your responsibilities: 

In this role, you will be a trusted partner to managers and employees, driving key People & Culture topics across the entire employee life cycle. At the same time, you will further develop our People & Culture landscape by improving processes, strengthening structures, and driving initiatives that support the future success of our site.

  • Own and shape the full employee life cycle as a trusted partner to all leaders and employees across all People & Culture topics.
  • Lead key People & Culture and transformation initiatives at site level, including organizational development, leadership development, talent management, training, and skills development.
  • Drive the continuous improvement and digitalization of all People & Culture processes, systems, master data and reporting structures.
  • Ensure legally compliant administration and oversee the preparation of payroll and time attendance processes.
  • Develop and implement a competitive compensation & benefits framework based on benchmarking and market analysis.

What makes you special

Your Profile:

  • A positive and trustworthy personality with a high degree of personal responsibility, as well as a strong understanding of people and organizational needs
  • Several years of professional experience as a People & Culture Business Partner or in a similar generalist HR role; experience in a technical industry is an advantage
  • Completed higher education with a focus on Human Resources or a comparable field
  • Solid knowledge of Czech labor and social law
  • Excellent Czech and English language skills
  • Strong analytical and digitalization skills, with the ability to focus on what matters most and solve problems effectively
