Responsibilities
- Promote a culture of continuous development and an agile mindset: Implement agile ways of working and practices within our product teams.
- Coach and mentor teams and individuals: Act as a "Servant Leader" to foster an agile mindset and empower teams to self-organize.
- Support agile events: Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and planning meetings.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, People Coaches and Stakeholders: Ensure clear and prioritized product and sprint planning while adhering to agile principles.
- Identify and remove obstacles: Address impediments hindering team progress & dynamics.
- Encourage communication and collaboration: Foster effective communication within product teams and between different teams.
- Establish performance metrics: Implement metrics to track and improve team performance in agile environments.
- Support standardized processes, methods, and tools: Aid in the definition and evolution of agile processes and tools for the organization.
- Collaborate with Agile Master Community: Work with the Agile Master Community to improve the Miba Agile Ways of Working (AWoW) effectiveness.
Requirements
- Proven experience with agile methodologies and practices such as Scrum, Kanban, and/or SAFe and agile certifications.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills in English and German.
- Ability to work independently and solution-oriented within globally distributed teams.
- Strong coaching skills and experience in training and developing teams.
- Experience in change management is a plus.
- Holistic thinking, analytical approach, and self-responsible working.
